Design and implement content that is aligned with lesson objectives.
Artifact: PED 356 Mini-Golf Lesson Plan
Date: Fall 2012
Reflection: For PED 356, each week a lesson plan had to be written to prepare for the lesson. My 6th lesson plan focused on the putting stroke in mini-golf. The lesson had a variety of drills to practice the stroke. In the lesson I also discussed power control when putting. At the end of the lesson, I had created a tunnel for the students to putt through on a mini-golf course made out of carpeting that I brought into the gym. This artifact goes with element 3.3 because it shows that I can create objectives for a lesson and then follow them up with activities that correspond with the objectives. As a physical educator, it is important for me to be able to create activities around my objectives so that my students are learning and meeting the objectives I have created for them.

This is a picture of my PED 356 lesson. This is the setup of the mini-golf course I created using carpet squares, pool noodles, cones, and my tunnel i created with a cardboard box.
